      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare presentation materials and conduct renewal and mid-year analysis on group insurance programs
      - Manage the bidding process with carrier partners for clients' group insurance programs
      - Analyze claims data and develop budget projections and experience reports
      - Deliver thorough client presentations and conduct underwriting analysis
      - Participate in the design and implementation of department processes and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years' experience in the employee benefits industry, primarily focused on underwriting
      - Proficiency in Excel, with strong skills in Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Strong mathematical and analytical skills
      - Ability to travel periodically, with a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
      - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in market analysis and proposal writing/design
      - Familiarity with both fully insured and self-funded cases
      - Previous roles involving client presentations and direct client interactions
