What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage global benefit projects as assigned by the Director of Global Benefits
- Develop strategic plan designs, cost analyses, and business cases for new or enhanced programs
- Lead implementation of approved benefit changes, including vendor coordination and stakeholder communication
- Serve as a subject matter expert on global benefit policies and programs
- Draft and update employee-facing communications, policies, and plan documents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in HR, Benefits, or a related field
- 5+ years of global benefits experience, including 3+ years managing projects and vendors outside North America
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent written communication skills for employee-facing materials

- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Experience in complex, global organizations with mature HR processes
- Strong data analysis and decision-making skills
- Self-starter with sound judgment and a customer-focused mindset
