      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise research and analysis related to employee benefits programs and policies
      - Implement and manage benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations
      - Develop solutions for a variety of moderate scope and complexity problems
      - Work independently while collaborating with various levels within the organization
      - Maintain operational practices and programs in the human resources department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
      - 3+ years of experience with Benefits, Benefits Open enrollment, and analysis
      - Experience with a human resources information system (HRIS)
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business, or a related area, or a high school diploma with 9+ years of experience in Human Resources and Benefits

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Paylocity, iCIMS, and/or Deltek
      - Experience within the Intel Community and/or DoD industry, particularly in hiring highly cleared candidates
      - Ability to be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills
      - Ability to suggest process improvements as a systems thinker
      - Possession of effective verbal and written communication skills
