      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer the University's Health and Welfare, and Retirement benefits
      - Counsel staff, faculty, retirees, and their families on plan enrollments and changes
      - Process enrollment and disenrollment of various benefits through Workday
      - Serve as the primary resource for interpretation of all benefits
      - Conduct benefit presentations for employees and new hires

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in a related job discipline
      - Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field
      - Limited knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to employee benefits
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
      - Strong customer service and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
      - Experience in benefits, human resources, or business-related roles
      - Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
      - Background in health and welfare, medical, and retirement benefits services
      - Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
