      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison to provide complex benefit information to stakeholders
      - Advise employees and HR staff on benefit eligibility, options, and timelines
      - Research and interpret eligibility and enrollment rules to provide accurate resources
      - Develop and facilitate employee benefit training sessions and materials
      - Process and audit benefit enrollments and changes according to established policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least two (2) years of professional experience in human resources, benefits administration, or a related area
      - Demonstrated experience providing consultation or customer support related to policy interpretation
      - Ability to clearly explain benefit eligibility and enrollment rules to employees and stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
      - Hands-on experience administering employee benefit programs such as health or retirement plans
      - Familiarity with HR or benefits systems for administration, audits, or reporting
      - Knowledge of compliance requirements in employee benefits administration
      - Experience in a higher education or large organizational environment
