What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process benefit verification or authorization for all new referrals with speed and accuracy
- Assist the AVA Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed
- Maintain productivity expectations in a fast-paced environment
- Support multiple referrals and priorities simultaneously
- Ensure attention to detail and high-quality focus in all tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience in a related field
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic environment
- Strong self-discipline in maintaining productivity standards
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare or medical billing is preferred
