Job Purpose:
As our Beverage Manager , you’ll be the creative force behind our beverage program—leading a dynamic team, elevating guest experiences, and setting the tone for excellence across our restaurants, lounges, and banquet events. • Lead people related aspects of the role (hiring, training, management) with warmth and inspire a high-performing bar and beverage team.
• Design and evolve beverage menus that reflect sophistication, local trends, and seasonal flair.
• Ensure seamless operations from inventory to guest satisfaction.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate top-tier beverage offerings.
• Collaborate with culinary, banquet, and sales/marketing teams to create and executive on events, drive revenue and innovation.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory guidelines while promoting a safe, inclusive workplace.
• Champion guest service with warmth, knowledge, and attentiveness.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• 2+ years in a senior beverage leadership role within upscale hotels or fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail trends, wine programs, and beverage operations.
• TIPS and ServSafe Manager certifications (required, but can be provided if needed)
• Sommelier, Cicerone, or similar certification is a plus.
• Proven leadership in team development, scheduling, inventory, and cost control.
• Ability to walk, bend, lift up to 70 lbs., and meet physical demands of the role.
• Experience with Marriott/Forbes standards/processes is a plus.
