      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Review information for completeness and accuracy to maintain data quality
      - Conduct secondary research to confirm project award status and verify timelines
      - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and support data quality initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in research, data entry, or construction administration
      - Proficiency with Google Suite, HubSpot, and internet-based research systems
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze documents for key information
      - Comfortable communicating with stakeholders via email and phone
      - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet quotas

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Construction industry experience or familiarity is a plus
