What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage tenders and quotes throughout Canada, leading pre-tender monitoring activities and requirement assessments
- Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with the Sales team and submit tenders
- Ensure timely approval of economic and technical proposals, managing all relevant administrative documents
- Maintain direct contact with customers to clarify tender-related questions and improve reporting tools
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce.com) to manage quotes and capture customer-related actions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS Degree or equivalent experience is required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tenders within the medical device industry
- Strong experience with commercial departments (Sales, Marketing, and Finance)
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Ability to gather data, perform analysis, and articulate conclusions and recommended strategies
