      Title: Bilingual Account Development Executive

      Location: Metro New Jersey (This is a field based role)

      Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

      Languages: English & Spanish

      Join a brand-new delivery program launching in your area! As a key player in this initiative, you'll recruit local businesses to become delivery partners. You'll collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors to visit prospective businesses, pitch the program, qualify them, guide them through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate recruitment events. This role involves travel through NJ and offers the chance to earn commission (up to $350 per partner converted).

      Job Description:

      • Engage with Prospective Businesses: Visit businesses in targeted areas.
      • Pitch the Program: Present and pitch the new delivery opportunity to generate interest and applications.
      • Qualify and Guide:Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application and vetting process.
      • Manage Leads:Track lead activity and manage the pipeline in Salesforce.
      • Host Recruitment Events: Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events (e.g., lunch and learns, townhall meetings, coffee chats).
      • Collaborate with Influencers:Partner with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
      • Data Management:Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce weekly.

      • Outside Sales, Salesforce, Field Sales, B2B, Bilingual Sales, Sales Management, Sales Support

      Additional Skills & Qualifications:

      • 1-2 years in outside sales
      • Bilingual in English & Spanish or an additional 2nd language
      • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
      • Prior experience using Salesforce or a CRM platform for leads & metric tracking
      • Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus
      • Professionalism, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a high sense of urgency
      • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for field applicants
      • Tech-savvy (experience with multiple systems and technology)
      • Ability to travel around Metro NJ daily

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00/hr.
