      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with campus leaders and teachers to enhance instructional practices for Emergent Bilingual (EB) students
      - Analyze student performance data and monitor academic progress
      - Provide targeted coaching and professional development for educators
      - Assist with curriculum alignment and instructional strategies to support EB student graduation
      - Maintain documentation and accurate records related to the BEESL Department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or valid Texas Teaching Certification
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience coaching teachers in elementary and secondary schools
      - Knowledge of Texas graduation requirements and personal graduation plans
      - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
      - Proficiency in using computers for record-keeping and presentations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in educational leadership or curriculum and instruction
      - Texas principal or mid-level management certification
      - Experience working with At-Risk Emergent Bilingual Students
      - Familiarity with the Texas Assessment Program and Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills
      - Demonstrated ability to implement content-based sheltered instruction (CBLI)
