What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond accurately and timely to Tier 1 and 2 inquiries regarding Workday Access/Navigation, Benefits, and general HR
- Utilize the knowledge base to research and provide efficient responses to inquiries
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Account Manager or Pod Manager as needed
- Participate in work intake reviews to enhance automation of audit activities and reporting
- Identify and document areas for improvement or innovation through process change or automation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training
- Knowledge of employee benefits, COBRA, and other federal/regulatory requirements
- Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and HRIS
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; French speaking is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in a customer service or HR-related role
- Familiarity with case management and contact center technologies
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
