What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to basic to moderately complex member inquiries
- Research and resolve member calls/inquiries in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Document calls in a customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Collaborate with team personnel and management to address customer service issues
- Conduct outbound calls to members as needed based on customer direction or business requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service or telephone experience
- Experience with organizational functions and personnel
- Proficient in computer software and telephone technology, including help desk software
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional years of experience in customer service or related fields
- Familiarity with healthcare-related inquiries and processes
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook
