What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to member inquiries, escalating to appropriate personnel as needed
- Research and resolve member calls/inquiries in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Document calls in a customer relationship management (CRM) solution and update CRM history with inquiry results
- Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to address customer service issues
- Conduct outbound calls to members as directed by customer needs or business requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service or telephone experience
- Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
- Proficient in computer software and telephone technology, including help desk software
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- More than 6 months of customer service experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, and internet browsers
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and follow written and oral directions
