      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls from consumers, addressing inquiries in accordance with performance standards and confidentiality policies
      - Track and document all inquiries using applicable systems
      - Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail, email, or download
      - Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities as needed
      - Provide translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - 0-6 months of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Must be fluent in English and a specified secondary language (Spanish)
      - Six months of customer service experience
      - Excellent soft phone and computer navigation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center environment
      - Familiarity with healthcare-related services
      - Strong problem-solving abilities
      - Ability to work independently in a distraction-free environment
      - Previous experience with documentation and tracking systems
