What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program virtually through phone, text, and email, and in-person at various locations
- Listen openly to eligible members and adopt a supportive communication style to encourage enrollment
- Educate partners about the services offered, focusing on linking eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program
- Promote effective communication among internal teams and community partners to support enrollment efforts
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment process, providing updates on funnel stages and addressing any delays or blockers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Physically located in the United States
- 1+ year of experience working in a metric or quota-driven environment
- Proven track record of exceeding performance indicators
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills
- Strong technical skills and comfort with utilizing multiple technology platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Skilled at "reading people" and understanding their feelings or thoughts based on subtle cues
- Experience with high-volume outreach and engagement campaigns
- Reliable and adaptable in a dynamic environment focused on improving healthcare access
