What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make timely and accurate credit decisions in line with company guidelines
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers
- Collaborate with the Outside Sales team to enhance application flow and credit quality
- Negotiate favorable terms with dealers while ensuring their satisfaction
- Conduct preliminary credit interviews with prospective clients as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of previous financial or banking experience
- Demonstrated historical career stability
- Bilingual in English and either Spanish or Portuguese
- Proficient knowledge of Excel and Outlook
