What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact with consumers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding delinquent accounts
- Provide solutions to debt borrowers to assist in resolving their outstanding balances
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to facilitate effective communication with borrowers
- Maintain accurate documentation of borrower accounts and follow up on required procedures
- Utilize skip tracing techniques to identify and reach borrowers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not necessary
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and conflict resolution
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
- Previous experience in collections, call center, or customer service is a plus

- Ability to meet and exceed production goals consistently
