What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for Partnership Distribution customers to address service issues, requests, and account information
- Communicate directly with customers to research inquiries and resolve higher-level problems over the phone
- Educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services to facilitate efficient self-service
- Gather and enter relevant information to ensure prompt issue resolution, guided by coaching
- Refer complex issues to appropriate service partners as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience providing customer-focused solutions or support
- Demonstrated written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with proficiency in oral, written, and reading communication in both languages
- Must pass a Spanish language proficiency assessment as part of the selection process
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- P&C Producer license preferred but not required; candidates are expected to pass the state's P&C license exam within 12 months
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
- Familiarity with company or product policies and systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills for usability issues
- Experience in a remote work environment
