What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately enter and track customer orders, ensuring timely follow-up and communication
- Respond to inquiries from representatives and accounts within 24 hours in a professional manner
- Support daily queue responsibilities, including phone, chat, and email interactions with consumers in both English and French
- Maintain an organized filing system for accounts, orders, and correspondence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate fraud orders and returns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required
- Bilingual in English and French, required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role within the sports or retail industry
- Strong interpersonal skills that foster trust and effective working relationships
- Ability to demonstrate innovation and initiative in improving products and processes
- Familiarity with customer relationship management tools, such as Zendesk
