      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze payment history and clearly communicate account statuses to customers
      - Recommend appropriate solutions by analyzing customer accounts and negotiating collection arrangements
      - Promptly report and refer sensitive issues to the Team Leader
      - Document all activities in accordance with established procedures
      - Handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining professionalism

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma (required)
      - Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
      - Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
      - Previous experience in customer service, retail services, or call contact environment
      - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment
      - Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
      - Excellent attention to detail
      - Ability to maintain a calm and positive demeanor while managing multiple projects
