What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze payment history and communicate account statuses clearly to customers
- Recommend solutions by analyzing customer accounts and negotiating collection arrangements
- Promptly report sensitive and complex issues to the Team Leader
- Document activities in accordance with established procedures clearly and concisely
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining a professional demeanor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma (required)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
- Previous experience in customer service or retail services
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
