What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to patients, providing information about remote patient monitoring and chronic care management programs
- Ensure a seamless and effective enrollment process for all prospective patients
- Act as the initial point of contact for calls related to pending enrollees
- Manage a high open caseload until the enrollment process is complete
- Provide exceptional customer service and a positive experience for potential patients and caregivers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Enrollment/Medical Sales experience preferred
- Poise and patience when dealing with patients
- Comfortable communicating over the phone and overcoming objections
- High computer literacy and attention to detail
