      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver Keeper's software to clients, managing initial and expansion deployments
      - Customize solutions to meet client needs, ensuring a personalized experience
      - Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns
      - Maintain accurate records of client configurations and communication
      - Gather feedback from clients to enhance product functionality and usability

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years progressive experience in SaaS support and/or implementation
      - Salesforce experience
      - Experience with Google Docs and MS Office tools
      - Proficiency in leading external client engagements
      - Bilingual fluency in English and French

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com
      - Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
