What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests
- Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills consistently
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as needed
- Adapt to fast-changing guidelines while assisting customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school graduate or G.E.D.
- Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask while speaking on the phone and using a computer
- Must be fluent (speaking/reading/writing) in both English and Standard French
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service while maintaining quality requirements
- Positive attitude and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
