  As a Bilingual Inbound Sales & Chat Associate, you will receive inquiries regarding the purchase of high-speed internet packages. Your main focus would be;

  • Building rapport, and creating a great customer experience by asking probing questions and actively listening to the customer’s request
  • Presenting products and services based on the customers’ needs, and handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them
  • Review the customers’ file to ensure they’re receiving the best value for their account
  • Developing relationships with customers, using active listening to empathize, provide solutions and partner with customers on a resolution

  You’d be a great fit if you:

  • Are fluent in speaking, writing, and reading both French and English
  • Are a sales-oriented individual with at least 6 months of sales experience
  • Have previous call center experience
  • Have a quiet place to work, free from distractions
  • Have experience working with computers, and the ability to use multiple platforms at the same time with ease
  • Are a problem solver, using past experiences and your creative brain to craft solutions that make sense for our client and the customer
  • Have the ability to connect a computer directly to your modem with an Ethernet cable while working
  • Have open availability to work 40 hours per week with shifts between Monday to Friday 3:30 pm - 12:00 am EST and Saturday 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm EST
