What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Spearhead membership growth initiatives by identifying eligible individuals and enrolling them in various health plans
- Conduct outreach activities both individually and in groups at events to promote health care solutions
- Build positive relationships with community organizations and medical providers to enhance network connections
- Generate and convert qualified leads and referrals into new customers
- Lead monthly events that showcase health solutions to the communities served
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum two years of experience in a customer service or sales environment, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Ability to speak more than one language preferred (e.g., English and Bengali, Hindi, and/or Spanish)
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Valid driver's license and availability for full-time work, including local travel and some evenings and weekends
- Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork

- Familiarity with health insurance products and enrollment processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
