What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of HR Manager/HR Generalist experience in e-commerce, hospitality, fulfillment center, or large retail environment
- Bi-lingual; Spanish preferred
- Ability to drive results through executing employee programs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to learn new technology, systems, and processes
- Ability to travel up to 50%
