What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls from customers seeking storage solutions
- Assist customers in reserving the best storage unit to fit their individual needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with team members to maximize monthly commissions and performance
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in Sales or Customer Service
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work some weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a sales-oriented role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers over the phone
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
