What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls from customers seeking storage solutions
- Assist customers by reserving the best storage unit to meet their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with a close-knit team to achieve sales goals
- Maximize monthly commission and explore potential promotions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work some weekends and pass background and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with customers over the phone
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
