What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls from customers seeking storage solutions
- Assist customers in reserving the best storage unit to fit their needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with team members to maximize sales and commissions
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work some weekends and pass background and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets or quotas
