      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-quality support to inquirers via phone, email, chat, and text on the Washington 211 hotline
      - Assess callers' needs and provide appropriate information and referrals
      - Maintain complete and accurate documentation of interactions and referrals
      - Engage in problem-solving and offer compassionate assistance to those in need
      - Participate in special projects and additional tasks as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and help others
      - Preferred background in contact center operations
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
      - Associate's degree or relevant experience in a related field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using technology and troubleshooting basic problems
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks using a database while providing customer service
      - Demonstrated comfort with a structured work environment and punctual attendance
