What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to verify and document required information for underwriting assessment
- Use the Quality Assurance database to assess additional customer information or verification needed
- Clearly explain the application process to potential customers
- Maintain appropriate communication with management regarding actions taken within the Quality Assurance database
- Successfully meet departmental key performance indicators (K.P.I's)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum typing requirement of 35 wpm
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Superior customer service skills - friendly, efficient, and attentive listener
- Proficient in computer use, keyboard functions, and Microsoft Office
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of medical terminology and spelling is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Desire to learn and grow within the company
