What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to verify and document required information for underwriting assessment
- Use the Quality Assurance database to determine additional customer information or verification needed
- Clearly explain the application process to potential customers
- Accurately complete additional paperwork as necessary
- Maintain communication with management regarding actions taken within the Quality Assurance database
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum typing requirement of 35 wpm
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Superior customer service skills required – friendly, efficient, and a good listener
- Proficiency in computer use, keyboard functions, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organization and time management skills, with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of medical terminology and spelling is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Desire to learn and grow within the company
