      Job Description

      Experience:

      • Application support, software troubleshooting, configuration
      • IT help desk tools and ticketing systems
      • project management tools and methodologies

      Language:

      • Fluent in Japanese (written and spoken) (Required)
      • Fluent in English (written and spoken) (Required)

      License/Certification:

      • ITIL 4 Foundation (Required)
