What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor the progress of multiple ongoing implementations and provide regular updates to customers and distribution partners
- Apply knowledge of systems, products, processes, and contract wording to efficiently resolve challenges during the implementation process
- Work cooperatively with distribution partners and customers to ensure all required information for new group implementations is complete and accurate
- Manage the end-to-end implementation process and collaborate with New Business Coordinators to meet commitments
- Liaise effectively with end customers, distribution partners, and other business units
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion of a University degree in business administration or related discipline
- 1+ years of work experience in the insurance/financial services industry or an office environment
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Bilingualism (English/French) is required
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks or projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of group products, contract provisions, and administrative procedures
- Ability to present information clearly and logically to a variety of audiences (internal and external)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
