What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to verify and document required information for underwriting assessments
- Conduct assessments using the Quality Assurance database to determine additional customer information needed
- Clearly explain the application process to potential customers
- Complete additional paperwork accurately as required
- Maintain communication with management regarding actions taken within the Quality Assurance database
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum typing requirement of 35 words per minute
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Superior customer service skills, including being friendly, efficient, and a good listener
- Proficient in computer use, keyboard functions, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and possess excellent organization and time management skills

- Knowledge of medical terminology and spelling
