What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide legendary service to over 100 member calls daily
- Proactively offer valuable AAA products and services to meet member needs while adhering to policies
- Maintain adherence to assigned work schedule, including breaks and lunches
- Exceed member expectations in a structured, goal-oriented sales environment
- Engage in career development opportunities within the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent multitasking and computer skills; proficiency in written and verbal communication
- A quiet, dedicated workspace free of distractions
- Ability to engage members actively and overcome objections
- Direct connection to ISP via ethernet (minimum 25 MBPS download and 5 MBPS upload)
- Schedule flexibility to accommodate call center hours, which include evenings and weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
- Familiarity with AAA products and services
- Bilingual skills to assist a diverse member base
