What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build relationships with families to promote youth soccer programs
- Generate leads through various outreach methods, including phone calls, emails, and in-person conversations
- Close sales by effectively communicating the benefits of programs to parents
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to families' needs and guiding them to suitable options
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong competitive drive and motivation to achieve goals
- Previous sales experience or demonstrated sales instincts
- Ability to effectively generate leads and initiate outreach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort speaking to diverse audiences
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
