What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve escalated customer service issues in both English and Spanish, ensuring quality service experiences
- Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to address appliance-related concerns
- Collaborate with internal departments to negotiate and implement resolutions for customer issues
- Manage data and documentation related to customer complaints and inquiries
- Complete consumer satisfaction reviews prior to case closure
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience and 2 years of escalated customer service experience
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple online applications
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle high-volume calls while multitasking
