What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve escalated customer service issues in both English and Spanish, ensuring a high-quality service experience
- Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to address appliance-related concerns and close cases effectively
- Negotiate and implement creative solutions in the best interest of customers and GE Appliances
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to successfully resolve consumer issues
- Complete consumer reviews for satisfaction before case closure
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, both written and verbally
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- Minimum of 2 years of escalated customer service experience
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, including navigating multiple online applications
