What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inbound calls in both English and Spanish with professionalism and courtesy

- Meet performance expectations related to attendance, quality, and productivity
- Work effectively in a remote environment while remaining engaged with the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in one of the following states: Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, or South Carolina
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliable availability for night shift scheduling and schedule adjustments as needed
- Ability to work independently and deliver consistent, high-quality customer service

- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms
- Proven ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining service quality
- Previous experience in a bilingual customer service role
