      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full recruiting life cycle for various roles across the organization
      - Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand job requirements and facilitate communication
      - Act as a Talent Consultant to educate hiring managers on best practices in recruiting and interviewing
      - Identify potential candidates through resumes and phone screenings, utilizing creativity in sourcing techniques
      - Schedule candidate interviews and keep the recruiting process on track through effective communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
      - Three or more years of full life cycle corporate recruiting experience or five years of agency recruiting experience
      - Strong relationship-building skills and effective written and verbal communication skills
      - Good organization and time management skills with a high level of creativity
      - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, Networking Tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - Experience with Workday ATS
