What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and chat to clients with a helpful and professional tone
- Assist customers by providing clear troubleshooting steps and focusing on customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to add value for customers through product updates and detailed pre-sale information
- Utilize CRM database to navigate customer information and document interactions
- Meet monthly KPIs and operational metrics while collaborating in a fast-paced environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in both French and English
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a contact center or customer service environment
- Proven customer relations skills in a multi-channel environment
- Ability to organize time, set priorities, and multi-task to meet KPIs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cloud-based applications and collaboration tools
- Familiarity with technical consumer products such as printers and scanners
