What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, produce, and distribute member system monthly billings with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Perform monthly data collection to ensure accurate billing and support internal/external uses
- Maintain analytical tools and processes for data review and analysis
- Provide technical and analytical support related to billing questions and analysis
- Assist members with billing inquiries and provide education and training on billing issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field minimum, or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with electric utilities and hands-on experience with MV90, MV-WEB, MV-PBS, and billing processing
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying scopes and timelines
- General understanding of electric utility metering technology and telemetry
