What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure billing accuracy across subscriptions, renewals, and invoices
- Validate contract terms against system setup to ensure correct pricing and billing structure
- Manage subscription lifecycle changes including amendments, renewals, and cancellations
- Investigate and resolve payment application issues while communicating with customers
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in Salesforce CRM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounting, or revenue operations
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and experience with QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software
- Strong understanding of payment processing (ACH, credit card, check)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based environment
- Experience in Telecommunications or VoIP billing
- Familiarity with subscription billing platforms (e.g., Maxio, Datagate)
- Understanding of revenue recognition principles
- Experience with process documentation and workflow improvement
