      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee all billing and accounts receivable operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
      - Manage payer relationships, enrollment, and communications for effective billing
      - Prepare financial tracking and reporting for leadership review
      - Conduct audits and ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, accounting, and contract fulfillment teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, or healthcare administration
      - Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with billing systems and EHRs
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work consistently within the Pacific Time Zone

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in an ABA or behavioral health setting
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
      - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
