      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process customer billing and broker commissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
      - Collaborate with client management and sales teams to resolve billing issues
      - Manage overdue payments and provide necessary data to stakeholders
      - Develop best practices for customer audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
      - Independently resolve customer inquiries related to billing and commissions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in a related field with a minimum of 2+ years of billing experience or equivalent education and experience
      - Knowledge of the workplace benefits industry and products
      - Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle high-volume tasks
      - Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
      - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
