- Answer in a timely and professional manner any billing-related questions or phone calls from agents and insureds.
- Complete any necessary billing reconciliations.
- 1-3 years of experience with accounts receivable and billing required.
- Must have a dedicated, quiet, and professional home workspace.
- Insurance experience preferred.
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

We are seeking an individual to work remotely, that wants to make an enduring impact on the future of a successful, growing, insurance organization. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Finance.
FC Capital Underwriters (the "Company") operates three distinct commercial property and casualty managing general agencies and one claims third party administrator. FC Underwriters just changed policy administration and billing systems to Sapiens. This position will be handling the billing-related activities for the new and existing policy administration system.
