      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the prebill to final bill process, ensuring accurate and timely billing
      - Provide attorneys with billing information and resolve discrepancies as needed
      - Assist with mailing and emailing bills and statements to clients
      - Communicate regularly with attorneys and the Senior Credit & Collections Specialist regarding past due accounts
      - Enter data that feeds from the New File Opening queue and assist with the client accounting email group

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree or commensurate experience with a high school diploma
      - Minimum of 3 years of legal billing experience
      - Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with attorneys and business professionals
      - Attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Aderant Software
      - Experience presenting information in one-on-one and small group situations
